The members of this team work in close collaboration with other diocesan officers and staff to encourage and resource parishes in building healthy congregations and communities. We are constantly open to what God is doing and how all might join in through life-transforming encounters with Christ in Worship and Mission.

Working from Diocesan House in consultation with clergy, PCCs and others we provide support and resources on a wide range of parish development matters including:
