Articles of Enquiry (short version for those parishes not receiving a Visitation this year)
It is a legal requirement that all Articles of Enquiry are completed. The form should be returned to the Archdeacon's Office at Diocesan House, Quarry Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3XG after it has been discussed at PCC, but no later than 30th April.
