Archdeacons' Visitation of Churchwardens and Admission to Office

The annual Visitations of Churchwardens will be taking place in May. Under the Churchwardens' Measure, all Churchwardens must be admitted to office annually and by 31st July. It is therefore crucial that all Churchwardens attend one of the Visitations listed below. (Although it is hoped that you might be able to attend the Visitation planned for your group of deaneries, it is perfecty legal for you to attend any one of the three due to be held in the diocese).

Visitation for Surrey Archdeaconry
Monday 8th May at 8pm at Guildford Cathedral, Stag Hill, Guildford GU2 7UP
Visitation for Woking, Emly and Runnymede Deaneries
Thursday 11th May at 8pm at the Church of St Mary & St Nicholas, Church Road, Leatherhead KT22 8BG
Visitation for Dorking, Leatherhead & Epsom Deaneries
Wednesday 17th May at 8pm at Holy Trinity Church, Church Road, Claygate KT10 0JP
