Churches Together In Surrey

The Churches Together in England National Conference in 1997 'Called To Be One' concluded that we are called to be the renewed and united body of Christ in the world. Churches Together in Surrey is the process by which the organised churches in Surrey respond to the call to work together. Part of that process is the facilitation of networking between denominations in specific areas of church life, and the encouragement of Local Ecumenical Partnerships to share their experiences of unity at grass roots level with their parent denominations.

“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed that someone took and sowed in his field;

it is the smallest of all the seeds, but when it has grown it is the greatest of shrubs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and make nests in its branches.”

Matthew 13:31
