The Parish HR Toolkit is designed to support parishes through the employee lifecycle of their staff.
The Toolkit contains guidance and template documents to use and to adapt to suit each parish's needs. These are not intended to replace good HR practices and documentation that you already have in your parish.

Dignity at Work
We are called to create a loving community that models Christian values, in which all can flourish. Our Diocesan Dignity at Work Policy is part of our work to grow an inclusive culture across the diocese, and reduce unacceptable behaviour that unfortunately arises on occasion.
It guides us on how we work through occasions where people use unacceptable behaviour, sometimes unknowingly and for a variety of reasons. The policy highlights the types of behaviour we want to avoid, and then points to existing complaints procedures to address this.
