Making a Complaint
The Guildford Diocesan Board of Finance recognises that from time-to-time complaints might arise from members of the public, from parishes or from trustees. We are committed to listening to those who express concerns and to responding swiftly and appropriately. The purpose of the policies below are to ensure fair and transparent processes are accessible to those wishing to raise a concern or make a complaint. Formal complaints about a member of clergy or licensed lay ministers will be managed under the Clergy Discipline Measure 2003.
