This is an introductory course for lay leaders who are called to serve as occasional preachers their parish.

Topics covered include:

• Discerning a message & staying true to a text
• Mapping your raw theology
• Form, context and structure
• Listening to the Community, Context and Congregation
• Communication skills 
• Sermon Listening and feedback
