Salary:

40,690 - 44,280pa GBP

Description:

The Diocese of Guildford has an exciting opportunity for two dynamic and vibrant Hub Leaders to join our Youth Catalyst Team. The roles are school based, either at Esher High or Jubilee High in Addlestone.

Working closely with the schools, parishes, the local communities and the Diocese, the Hub Leaders will pioneer missional activity for young people in and around the secondary school Hubs, introducing young people to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and encouraging them in their discipleship.

The roles will involve establishing new mission and discipleship activities in the schools, establishing termly worship gatherings, building links with churches and other youth ministries and supporting apprentice youth leaders in the area.

Successful applicants will be qualified in Theology, youth ministry or youth work with experience in missional youth ministry, working in secondary schools and the ability to lead worship gatherings.

This position will require some travel and the successful applicant will need to hold a UK driving licence and have their own vehicle.
