Chaplaincy duties
- Conducting regular Sunday and Wednesday services as well as special services in accordance with the Christian year, and including the Founders Day Service and other services as the need arises.
- Encouraging spiritual well-being of the residents.
- Regular pastoral visiting of all the residents.
- Attends the Directors' meetings.
Management duties
- Managing the day to day affairs at the College on behalf of the Directors
- Line managing the Lodgekeeper, Gardener and Cleaner.
- When necessary, responding to medical needs of the Residents, calling Nurse, Doctor, or ambulance as appropriate.
- Organising social affairs of the College and outings and events.
- Being responsible for overseeing the management of the College Room, Laundry and other College facilities
- Being the College's Data Controller and Health and Safety Officer
- Production of quarterly reports on all Residents and Activities for the Directors' meetings.
