St Mary's School have the exciting opportunity to earn a Heritage Award having attended training by Historic England and Surrey Archives encouraging schools to connect with their local history.
Following the training, the school's History Subject Lead, Agnieszka Ryder, created a plan for a Heritage Week, which saw pupils from the Church of England Primary School visit local sites in Chiddingfold, including a historic pub, Ramster Hall and Gardens, and, of course, the beautiful St Mary's Church.
